Is there anyone find it hard to make new friends on online?

Everyone around me looks like they are enjoying and are really good at it, but I've got no idea.

There is a girl who I met on campus and I want to get to know her.. but she seems to be active only on Instagram.

I've just made my account and followed her, but she hasn't followed be back.

Should I send her a message?
